Have you ever noticed that the print seems to magically get smaller and smaller as we age?

Medications can relieve symptoms and improve our quality of life. Some are literally lifesaving. Medication management can be a challenge for all of us, but especially for seniors and those of us taking many medications. Our caregivers make sure you or your loved one take the right doses of the right medications at the right times. While prescriptions are intended to make a condition or symptom better, occasionally drug interactions occur. We closely monitor you and your medications and raise a flag if we see a reaction or anything amiss.

From weekly medication set up to picking up refills and medical supplies, we follow your physician’s plan of care. We will speak to your pharmacist on your behalf if modifying your prescriptions would make life easier, as in large print on prescription bottles, easy-open caps, or liquid forms of hard-to-swallow pills.
