From discharge to assistance with daily living activities and rehabilitation, Beacon Home Care is there. The transition from hospital to home can be stressful and an especially vulnerable time for the patient. Our caregivers take care of the details like picking up prescriptions and stocking the refrigerator with groceries, for peace of mind and to support the recovery process. We aid in the rehabilitation processes, from providing general comfort and monitoring to the implementation of Occupational and Physical Therapy exercises.
