How long does the hiring process take?

The hiring process for Beacon Home Care can take up to two weeks. Time can vary based on two (2) key factors;

1. Candidates who already possess a valid home care license can significantly reduce their overall hiring time.
2. Candidates who respond quickly to necessary hiring documentation throughout the onboarding process.

Can I be hired as an independent contractor?

No.

Am I required to be a licensed Home Care Aide to work?

Yes. This is a non-negotiable requirement.

How many hours can I expect to work?

Beacon Home Care is committed to sustainability for both our clients and employees. We generally request a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 12 hours for most shifts. We also offer live-in shifts, subject to availability.

How do employees get paid?

All employees are paid weekly via direct deposit, check, or employee pay card.

Is there room for career growth and advancement?

Absolutely! We love to promote from within from caregiving to administrative positions. We also have operational positions in sales and leadership!
