From discharge to assistance with daily living activities and rehabilitation, we are there. The transition from hospital to home can be stressful and an especially vulnerable time for the patient, but our caregivers take care of the details like picking up prescriptions and stocking the refrigerator with groceries, so you have peace of mind and they can concentrate on recovery. We aid in the rehabilitation processes, from providing general comfort and monitoring to the implementation of Occupational and Physical Therapy exercises.
